Beef Stew In Large Crock-Pot

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 lbs Stew Meat / Brisket
  • 1 lb package organic baby carrots - whole
  • 1 medium onion - thinly sliced
  • 1.5 lb package Austrian Fingerling potatoes - whole
  • Organic Free-Range Chicken Stock - fill to top
  • Tapioca Flour - to thicken as needed
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste

Preparation:
Add meat & vegetables first. Fill remaining space in Crock-pot with broth.

Cook on High for 6-8 hours or on Low for 10-12 hours
